What I Do

I work with Erasmus+ adult education projects where good learning depends on people in different institutions being able to coordinate, communicate, and work across cultural and organizational differences.

My background in strategic communication, facilitation, and learning design helps me support both the learning experience itself and the partnership around it. That can include KA1 staff mobility, learning design for KA2 cooperation partnerships, dissemination and communication, and facilitated work with cross-border teams.

The focus is practical: design learning that participants can use, and help partnerships communicate and coordinate well enough to carry the work forward.
