Yes. While I’m based in Spain, I facilitate in-person engagements for teams across Europe and North America. The Leadership Alignment Intensive can be delivered virtually or in-person depending on your team’s needs and location.

Because the retreats are small and intimate (8-12 people), I require a brief discovery call before confirming your spot. This helps ensure the retreat focus, timing, and overall experience are aligned for everyone participating.

For the Organizational Readiness Diagnostic, I recommend 2-3 weeks lead time. For the Leadership Alignment Intensive, I recommend 8-12 weeks to allow time for diagnostic review, design, and scheduling.
